I am from Manila, how do I get verified with my credit card?
Enrol your credit card. It will be charged with $1.95. Wait for the card billing, and look for the 4-Digit EXPUSE (expansion use) number. Only credit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo are accepted.
How can I get verified with Unionbank EON?
Make sure to deposit about P200 in your EON debit card first. Then, enrol your debit card, and you will be charged with $1.95. Then after 2-3 working days, call up Unionbank Hotline (+632-84-186), to get your 4-Digit EXPUSE (expansion use) from the customer service agent.
I got the 4-Digit EXPUSE from PayPal, what next?
Log in to your PayPal account, and confirm your credit or debit card. Right after PayPal confirms a match, your account will be verified immediately.
How do we add our Unionbank account to withdraw funds from my Paypal account?

Click PROFILE tab and then click BANK ACCOUNT - Step2: Add bank details
Please take note that your first name and surname on your Paypal account must match the name of your bank account. If it does not , the withdrawal request will be rejected. - Step 3: Review your bank account information

How long does it take for the money to be transferred to my bank after I made the withdrawal from PayPal?
Usually, it takes an average of 5-7 working days. Sometimes, a delay of 2-3 days is not unusual. Although there are several reports of successful transfer within 3 working days only.
Is there any additional charge if I withdraw my money to other banks, like Metrobank, BDO or BPI?
Several Philippine banks charge different amount. You have to check this with your local banks. So far, right now, UnionBank is the only local bank that does not charge extra fees for withdrawal from PayPal.
What do I need to open an EON debit card?
Go to any Unionbank branch. Make sure to bring 2 government issued IDs (passport, driver’s license, SSS, GSIS, etc) for proper identification. There’s an annual fee for the debit card. And load your debit card with at lest P200 for verification spend on PayPal.
